Privacy Rights Request
If you live in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants privacy rights, you can submit a request to Resplend to exercise the rights listed below.

- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, and the purposes for which we use it.
- Right to access a copy of the personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to limited exceptions required by law.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information we have about you.
- Right to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information. Resplend does not sell or share personal information.
- Right to opt out of further communications from Resplend.
How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with your request. Include:
- The type of request (right to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of communications, other).
- Your name.
- Any email address, business name, or phone number we may have used to contact you (we need this to locate your records).
- Optional context for your request.
What to expect
We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act. For requests under the EU/UK GDPR, we respond within one month.
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (especially deletion or data export). We will contact you at the email or phone number you provide. If we can't verify it's you, we'll let you know and may decline the request.
If you're an authorized agent
If you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else, please note this in your email and be prepared to provide a signed permission letter from the data subject before we fulfill the request.
